iCal is a file format (usually with the extension ".ics") that allows calendar event sharing over the Internet. The iCal format is supported by most calendar software, including Google Calendar, Apple iCal, and the Lightning extension for Thunderbird. Calendars can be synched with many mobile devices, such as iPhones.
To follow an APRICOT iCal feed, find the "subscribe" option within your calendar software and copy/paste the published URL into the box provided. APRICOT iCal feed URLs usually end with ".ics".
