	The unknown arguments for peering Marco Brandstaetter, DE-CIX The most common argument for peering is the lower price compared to IP Transit. But the gap between pricing for transit and peering is getting smaller and smaller. In Europe we sometimes find transit pricing that's cheaper than peering. So it´s worth to have a look on the not so well known arguments for Internet peering. To give the business case of peering an added value and for technicians to have more arguments to convince the management.
