The Manila City Tour provides a glimpse of this huge metropolis.  The tour includes Rizal Park’s Chinese, Japanese and Italian gardens, and a topographical map of the country set in a pool of water.

Intramuros’ (Walled City) Fort Santiago will also be visited during the tour.  The other sites that will be seen are Sto. Tomas University (1611), the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex and Makati City, the country’s premier commercial and financial district, site of the exclusive villages and the American Memorial Cemetery.

On board an air-conditioned ferry, enjoy a 90-minute trip to the historic island.  First fortified by the Spaniards, it was later enlarged by the U.S. Army.  Corregidor is the site of one of the greatest battles in the Pacific during the Second World War.  A visit to the old bomb-proof shelter, Malinta Tunnel, gives the visitor a glimpse of the past war action, when the Light and Sound show tells of the tragedy and of the many heroes of the Corregidor Island.
