Registration Fees
All payments will be charged in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM). The prevailing RM to USD exchange rate at the time of registration will be used (note the USD rate may vary depending on the exchange rate).
For reference, the exchange rate as of September 2009 is USD1.00 : RM3.50

APNIC Members Meeting | 5 March 2010 | no fee but registration is required |

Walk-in Registrants
Walk-ins are discouraged because slots are not guaranteed and you may miss a great opportunity to attend APRICOT. Nonetheless, if you risk a walk-in, you will pay in full onsite at the conference venue. You can pay in cash (RM) or credit card.
Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to you by email after filling in the online registration form. Please keep it for your reference. It will be of great help if the confirmation letter is presented at the registration desk upon your arrival.
Cancellation of Registration
If you wish to cancel your registration please send a request to secretariat@apricot2010.net stating your registration reference number, name, organisation and contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers). A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
By 22nd January 2010 | 80% |
23rd January - 16th Febuary 2010 | 50% |
After 16th Febuary 2010 | 0% |
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 16th Feb 2010. All refunds will be processed within two(2) to three(3) months and will be confirmed by e-mail. A substitute delegate is welcome to attend in your place. If the need should arise, please send details of the new delegate before the meeting commences.
