APRICOT's Sponsorship Policy
The APNOG Board accepts sponsorships, after review, from all organisations involved in Internet operations and technologies in the Asia Pacific region.
The Board isn't in a position to analyse the business practices or behaviour of every single sponsor, nor every single delegate; inevitably there may be disputes between individuals and entities across this industry, a simple reflection on the nature of business today. Unless the Board receives formal complaints through the appropriate channels, it cannot make decisions based on matters that occur outside the scope of the APRICOT Summit.
All our sponsors are required to adhere to our Code of Conduct and strict terms and conditions, with any violations subject to appropriate consequences. The APNOG Board takes all complaints and feedback seriously and encourages community members to help us foster an inclusive and welcoming environment at the APRICOT Summit. We also urge members to promptly report any breaches of our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct to the Secretariat.
