Internet Routing Registry

• The Internet Routing Registry or IRR is the collection of all routing registries

  • currently it is the RIPE, RA, ANS, MCI, CANET, APNIC registries

• work is underway to make the IRR a fully distributed system that should contain every part of Internet routing policy

• the IRR is currently the most accurate description of routing policies in the Internet
