A. Registration Fees

All payments will be charged in PHILIPPINE PESO (PhP). Prevailing PhP to USD exchange rate at the time of registration will be used. As such, the USD rate may vary depending on the exchange rate. For reference, current exchange rate as of October 31, 2008 is USD1 : PhP48.7

B. Payment Information

PayEasy Online Payment System

Payments for APRICOT 2009 will be processed thru PayEasy Online Payment System powered by Mozcom, Inc. (www.payeasy.ph)

PayEasy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover credit card payments, PayPal, BancNet and MegaLink ATM debit cards, Globe GCash, Smart Money and UCPB 1Time payments. For those who prefer the traditional security provided by banks, you may fund their PayEasy wallet by depositing to Mozcom's account in Banco de Oro, EastWest Bank or Chinabank. Funding can also be remitted through Western Union.

C. Walk-in Registrants

Walkins are discouraged because slots are not guaranteed and you may miss a great opportunity to attend APRICOT. Nonetheless, if you risk to be a walkin, you will pay in full onsite at the conference venue, the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, Philippines. Cash Payments in PESO, or credit card are honored.

D. Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be sent to you by email after filling up the online registration form. Please keep it for your reference. It will be of great help if the confirmation letter is presented at the registration desk upon your arrival.

E. Cancellation of Registration

If you wish to cancel your registration please send a request to refund@apricot2009.net stating your registration reference number, name, organization and contact details (postal and email address, telephone and fax numbers). A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
