1. To reserve, credit card guarantee/deposit for one(1) night required on or before January 19, 2009

2. Cancellation after January 19, 2009 or “No Show” translates to full payment for the entire duration of stay reserved

4. All rooms are on a first come first served basis so reserve early to avoid running out of rooms in case of large turnout
