A range of accommodation has been reserved for delegates attending the APRICOT Conference. The Conference Organisers have secured attractive rates at the Sheraton Hotel and other hotels and apartments in Perth on behalf of registrants.

Hotel rooms in Perth are in short supply and 100% occupancy is not an unusual event. THE CONFERENCE ORGANISERS ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION UNLESS BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED BY 18 JANUARY 2006.

Please book your accommodation by clicking on the link provided in the online registration form. You will be required to forward a deposit for the first room night's fee to secure the reservation. Please advise us if you are twin sharing with another person.

1. The first room night’s deposit is required at the time of booking your room, without this the registration request will not be processed.
2. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and you will be responsible for settling the balance of the account on checkout of the hotel.
3. Accommodation cancellations received after 18 January 2006 may forfeit the first night's deposit.
4. Refunds will be subject to the cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
5. Accommodation deposits will also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested check in date.
6. Changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to the secretariat. Do not contact the hotel directly.

All accommodation is quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and is per room or apartment per night and inclusive of GST. Breakfast is not included unless specified.
