This is an agreement made between:

NECTEC, National Electronics and Computer Technology Center, being the designated local conference host, on behalf of Asia Pacific Regional Internet Conference on Operational Technologies (APRICOT), hereinafter referred to as 'APRICOT' and :

Hereinafter referred to as 'Sponsor'.

For the purpose of underwriting the Asia Pacific Regional Internet Conference on Operational Technologies (APRICOT) to be held in Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok, 27 February- 7 March of 2001, Sponsor agrees to pay

Note : Financial sponsors submitting this form by fax to 66-2-635-1094 and remitting the funds on or before midnight UTC/GTM of 15 December 2001 are entitled to a 25% early bird discount.

1. Each Hospitality Suite is a 4M X 4M room that is provided to the Platinum sponsor to do as it wishes on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly encouraged that all prominent sales activities be confined to the hospitality Suites. Venue liaison details will be provided to sponsors to contact directly and make any special arrangements. There are limited Hospitality Suites available.

2. Assistance with local arrangements will be provided on request.

Sponsors can choose to sponsor, at additional cost, one (1) of the following (check tick only one):

The cost of sponsoring any of the social events is approximately US$30 per head for sit down meals or receptions. All bookings are provided on a first-come first-served basis.

We are expecting between 400-600 delegates. e.g. an APRICOT Lunch for 500 delegates will be approximately USD 15,000 per lunch.

We will contact you directly to confirm the details of sponsoring an APRICOT Social event.

APRICOT conference organizers reserve the right to cancel the event 14 days prior to the conference. Conference will be canceled if the expected registrations fall to a level, which will place the conference in debt.

In the event of cancellation, APRICOT conference organizers will refund the sponsors' money, less an amount not exceeding 20% to cover expenses.

Payment is due immediately upon acceptance of these terms.
